We pride ourselves on our fast delivery we offer to all customers. We dispatch all goods purchased before 1.00pm the same day or the next working day after that. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays) .
If your item has not been delivered within the time scale indicated please contact your local sorting office to see if your item is being held there before contacting us.
For our smaller items we use Royal Mail 1st class Tracked – this does not requires a signature but your item will be scanned and tracked in five locations.
Undelivered items from Royal Mail will be held at your local sorting office for 7 working days, if it is not collected it will be returned to ourselves. If an item has to be resent out then a further delivery charge will apply.
For our heavier items we use City Link who offer a good fast delivery service within 24 hours
This method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you. Orders placed by this method should be delivered the following working day, though there may be delays. The delivery charge you pay currently covers you for two attempted deliveries by City Link, they will card you both times if you are not in and give you a telephone number for you to contact them. Items will then be sent back to our head office if they do not get a response from you. If an item has to be resent out then a further delivery charge will apply.
We currently ship to Europe, Australia, America and Canada. We send all goods via Royal Mails International Signed for service. For Europe this normally takes between 3-5 working days and for the rest of the world between 5-7 working days.
In the unlikely event your item get’s lost Royal Mail do not class an item as being lost until 15 working days after the item was dispatched. We cannot refund or send replacements until after this time. This is so we can raise a dispute with them and claim our monies back. Please be assured we will always get your item to you or issue a refund if you prefer.
