Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched the same day for all orders made before 1pm. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and arrange either for an alternative to be sent or a full refund to be made.

 

Carriage & Receiving of Goods

If a signature is required:

Upon receipt of your purchase please immediately inspect the packaging for visible signs damage before signing for the goods. If you think that the product is damaged, please contact us straight away, and / or note this on the delivery documents with the courier. 

In case of damage please notify us as soon as possible (but within 3 working days) by calling 01290 863333. If possible, please take a photograph of the damage.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods includes VAT unless stated otherwise. If a delivery surcharge is to be made it will be shown at the checkout or we will contact you before dispatch. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union.


Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That's why if you aren't happy with it for whatever reason* within 7 days, we'll refund or replace it for you. This 'cooling off' period starts the day after the day on which the goods were received.

*as long as it has been unused and in original condition and packaging.

If you need to return something for any reason, whether it's not the right tool for the job or if it's faulty. Simply get in touch and we'll take care of the rest.

  • If unwanted, products must be in the original condition and box you received them in.  You must pay for these items to be returend to us.
  • Any items that are faulty please email us to info@clearancelines.co.uk we will then send you our free post address to send this item back to our head office.
  • Once we receive your item back at the warehouse, we'll refund you within 72 hours.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely (by trusted third party system - Paypal) and only transmitted in encrypted form.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
